Job description for Sales and Marketing Assistant: New Homes

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Assist in organising and implementing a sales strategy for new homes. This includes pre-marketing and off plan sales
  • Assist and collaborate on the design of marketing material and development specific branding
  • General file management of all development sites and prospective development sites
  • Act as primary point of contact for sales enquiries from prospective buyers
  • Continually improve and update internal systems, records for buyers, managing buyer upgrades and the sales process from reservation through to completion including after sales care
  • Manage sales of new homes, chasing sales prospects, liaising with solicitors and buyers to achieve sales in achievable timescales and keeping buyers positive and happy about the experience
  • Assist with the sales office / show home and as and when required to run the sales office from site
  • Hand over all properties to new home owners
  • Devise and implement a new feedback system from new home owners of their experience
  • Work closely with the site delivery team to keep buyers happy and maintain high standards of finish
  • Manage the sales process and role in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018
  • Increase our online presence, oversee the website and implement a social media campaign
  • In accordance with statutory legal requirements (GDPR), manage our mailing list, design e-shots and send out regular communication via our email platform
  • Assist in gathering market information in support of appraising potential new housing sites
  • Assist the management team where required
