Graduate Business Development Executive – Norwich – £16,000 – £18,000 + Commission   

We are working with a leading national, dynamic and innovative creative digital agency. Due to growth, they are looking for an ambitious and articulated Business Development Executive to join their new Norwich location. The successful candidate will join a passionate and talented team that deliver a range of bespoke, market-leading design and digital solutions, along with results driven digital marketing campaigns to leading businesses throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business leads throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a pipeline of new business opportunities throughout the UK.
  • Research and identify potential clients that fit with the company portfolio, and their associated services.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers of potential clients throughout the UK.
  • Make proactive outbound calls and emails to contact prospective clients, with process to follow up.
  • Set up qualified client meetings, over the phone or face to face.
  • Cold calling prospective clients to identify a need, sell the company proposition, and appoint the business decision maker.

  • Comfortable in an office based selling environment
  • Competent with MS Office and have a good appreciation of the internet
