Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £17,000-£19,000 per annum
Location: Dereham, Norfolk
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Shifts to be within 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday and Bank Holidays, and 10am-4pm on Sundays.

We are looking for experienced contact centre staff with a passion for being helpful and exceeding customer’s expectations. The successful candidates will join our existing contact centre team in providing award-winning service to our customers.

Role Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor
- Taking inbound calls and replying to emails
- Building a rapport with customers
- Providing support to customers before, during and after the car rental period
- Explaining to customers the benefit in booking car hire with Zest
- Resolving issues during and after the car rental period
- Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations
Requirements for Customer Service Advisor
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner
- Ability to empathise with all types of customer
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
