Salary:                  £17,000-£19,000 per annum

Hours:                  40 hours per week, Shifts to be within 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday and Bank Holidays, and 10am-4pm on Sundays.

We are looking for experienced contact centre staff with a passion for being helpful and exceeding customer’s expectations.  The successful candidates will join our existing contact centre team in providing award-winning service to our customers.

Role Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor

  • Taking inbound calls and replying to emails
  • Building a rapport with customers
  • Providing support to customers before, during and after the car rental period
  • Explaining to customers the benefit in booking car hire with Zest
  • Resolving issues during and after the car rental period
  • Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations

Requirements for Customer Service Advisor

  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner
  • Ability to empathise with all types of customer
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
