Serve Talent have partnered with a successful Engineering business to recruit a Credit Control Assistant for their manufacturing facility based in Watton, Norfolk.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Sales ledger cash processing.
  • Raising invoices and credit notes including proforma invoices all 4 entities.
  • Issuing monthly customer statements.
  • Issuing chasing letters.
  • Sales ledger cash collection – Chasing customers.
  • Resolving payment/customer queries etc. Liaising with internal staff to resolve
  • Monthly cash collection forecasting.
  • Performing credit checks where required for new and existing customers.
  • Setting and managing customer credit limits on the accounting system.
  • Bank reconciliation – weekly.
  • Weekly on stop report.


Knowledge and Skills required:

1.Limited experience in an accounting/commercial/admin role.

2.Computer skills:

  • Windows
  • Outlook
  • Excel
